Not many knows that sanitary pads contains 90% plastic, not just it's bad for environment it can cause skin irritation because the chemicals in it.
I've been using resuable sanitary pads and menstrual cup since 2016, and it works fine just like disposable sanitary pads.

Some women thinks cloth sanitary pads are hard to use because they need to wash it after using, but it's a small price to pay rather than throwing another plastics to the environment, that will take years to decomposed.

There are already lots of save-environment movements that focus on single use plastic, but not many discuss about sanitary pads even though it's women's primary needs because we bleed every months.

I want to make people realize, if we want to reduce single plastic use, we really need to take a look at what we use everyday and how they produced, because there are so many things we forgot that they contains plastic too. Because #kamupunyaperan (You have role) however small it is!
