Daftar pemenang MTV Movie & TV Awards 2021 bagian Unscripted telah diumumkan Senin (17/5) malam waktu Amerika Serikat.

Dalam kategori ini, film dokumenter musik dari BTS, BTS: Break the Silence: The Movie berhasil membawa pulang piala dalam kategori Best Music Documentary (Social Category).

Film tersebut berhasil mengungguli sejumlah nomine lainnya, seperti Billie Eilish: The World's A Little Blurry, Demi Lovato: Dancing with the Devil, Shawn Mendes: In Wonder, Taylor Swift: Miss Americana, The Bee Gees: How Can You Mend a Broken Heart, The New York Times Presents: Framing Britney Spears, dan Tina.

Selain itu, acara kompetisi para drag queen, RuPaul's Drag Race menjadi acara realitas terbanyak yang membawa pulang piala MTV Movie & TV Awards dengan tiga piala.
